Q1. What is Centralized Carpark Management System (CCMS)?
A1. CCMS is a one-stop portal that allows quick and easy access to commonly engaged services such as application, renewal and payment for season parking at One Raffles Place.

Q2. What are the services available in CCMS?
A2. CCMS can perform the following services instantly:
  1. Apply/Renew season parking space
  2. Check the status of season parking application.
  3. Make payment for season parking space with instant payment confirmation and receipt download
  4. View and retrieve transaction history
  5. Terminate season parking space and request for refund (subject to approval for advanced payments only)
  6. Update contact and vehicle details
  7. Administer season parking lots for corporate account holder only
  8. View Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
  9. View season parking terms and conditions

Q3. How do I log into the online portal?
A3. Tenant can login using their corporate login credentials. Individual can login using their car plate number and email address.

Q4. What is the maximum number of months that I can apply for the season parking?
A4. You can apply/renew and make advance payment for up to 3 months of season parking in CCMS.

Q5. Who is eligible for season parking?
A5. Subject to our Terms and Conditions, the following persons are entitled to season parking
  1. Tenants
    • Tenants of One Raffles Place whose carpark entitlement is indicated (a) as “Allocated (Lot)” or (b) “Allocated (Temporary)” under their Tenancy Agreement,
  2. Occupiers
    • Occupiers of One Raffles Place
    All other applications not listed above are subject to the Owner’s full discretion.

Q6. How do I know if my season parking application is successful?
A6. You will receive an email notification to inform your season parking application status. Alternatively, you can check the application status in CCMS under “Transaction Enquiry”.

Q7. What if I don’t have Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards?
A7. Payment by cash/cheque is not available. Season parking applicants can contact our carpark support at 6491 9219 or 6491 9236 between 8.30am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) for further assistance.

Q8. When do I renew my season parking?
A8. Please renew your season parking in CCMS before 2359hours of 26th of the preceding month, under “Season parking payment/renewal”. The system will auto generate Notice of Payment on 1st day and 10th of each proceeding month, which will be sent to the season holders via email.

Q9. Will I be issued an invoice for the season application?
A9. Yes, you can download the invoice from the CCMS upon successful clearance of payment.

Q10. Do you allow temporary suspension of season parking?
A10. No, temporary suspension of season parking is not allowed.

Q11. Can I transfer my season parking to another vehicle?
A11. Applications and season parking rights are strictly not transferrable.

Q12. What should I do if I encounter problem during log in?
A12. Season parking applicants can contact our carpark support at 6491 9219 or 6491 9236 between 8.30am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) for further assistance.

Q13. Can I terminate my current month season parking?
A13. Yes, but any unutilised days of the current month will not be refunded. Refund can only be applied for any unutilised months that has been paid.

Q14. What is the grace period for hourly parking?
A14. There is no grace period for hourly parking.
